*The work with the cattle depends on each ride and what the gaucho needs done. It is a working gaucho and the cattle are his living. Our 27 November – 2 December 2026 ride takes place at the beginning of the season, when the gauchos move their cattle to the high mountain pastures. You'll ride alongside them and take part in this traditional cattle drive.  

Rides from December - March is gathering the cattle and counting them.  It will be one full day of cattle work. Itinerary will vary as it can be on the second or third day, depending on the month and the work of the gaucho.

End of March/April is a special 6 days/5 nights ride where we help the gaucho bring the cattle back down the mountain.
